Working understanding of the Planning process and Building Regulations
Capable of independently producing and reviewing technical packages of information
Ability to work under own initiative, establishing a proactive method of working
Good written, verbal and graphical communication skills
Good time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
Resourcefulness and willingness to research and develop new ideas and solutions.
Where appropriate assist with Client Liaison and attend design team meetings with other professionals
Develop a detailed knowledge and understanding of DLA Design’s procedures and standards including use of the DLA Business Management System
