Working with Morgan Capital Partners and AXA investment managers DLA advised on redevelopment opportunities, our ideas and strategy underpinning the basis for the initial investment to purchase the building.
Being located in an area in need of re-invention, on the boundary of Covent Garden and High Holborn, the design and brand strategy was very important.
Our strategy was to strip the building back to its concrete frame, remove the setback floor, and re-clad with a lightweight roof extension. The design direction was to provide a contemporary warehouse feel, but with elements related to the High Holborn context.
