DLA were appointed to undertake a comprehensive refurbishment and CAT-A fit-out of the existing mews building on Bruton Place. The look and feel can be described as a refined industrial aesthetic which marries the high-end quality expected in a Mayfair office and the light industrial history of the mews buildings along the street.
The building is located within the Mayfair Conservation Area, therefore careful consideration was required to detailing and materiality of the reimagined entrance, roof extension and a roof-top terrace.
The finished scheme set new design and rental value benchmarks for the regeneration of the mews street just off Berkeley Square.
