The latest B&M Warehouse & Distribution Centre in Bedford, provides a crucial facility for B&M’s southern business expansion plan. It consists of 1,000,000 sq ft GEA, measuring approximately 0.5km in length and 22m in height. It includes 163 docks, a frozen and chill storage areas, its own Vehicle Maintenance Unit, fuelling and vehicle wash facilities.

The facades receives a series of coloured bands to help reduce it’s visual impact and yet emphasise the front facing office element. The perimeter service yard is enclosed by a landscape scheme, sympathetic to the local flora and wider development offering sensitive screening, again to reduce the visual impact.
