DLA Design, in collaboration with Morgan Sindall, were successful in a competitive dialogue procurement process with the London Borough of Redbridge to expand Beal High School.

The £17 million expansion comprises general and specialised teaching spaces, a learning resource centre, assembly hall and sports hall, creating an extra 840 student spaces.

The Landscape and external holistic design approach has been to create facilities that connect with the existing buildings to form the Beal High School Campus. Our proposals for the design of the external areas are combined into a masterplan to form a single campus connected to the existing school buildings.
