This is a major 5 acre redevelopment site on Leeds’ River Aire. The ½ million sqft scheme includes offices, bar/restaurant space, apartments and a hotel.

A strong Urban Design Framework proved to be a key vehicle in discussions with the Local Authority, stakeholders and Investors.

The project includes new public spaces and art installations by Ian Randall.
