CENTRAL SQUARE PWC : LEEDS

DLA’s interiors team were appointed to develop the original concept through to delivery, as part of PWC’s relocation to spectacular new offices in a prime setting in Leeds city centre.

The relocation of PWC from their previous location of Benson House, Wellington Street to the prestigious new location of Central Square was part of a scheme encompassing 50,000 sq ft of prime office space. The fit -out to levels 7 & 8 incorporated open plan office, partner offices, meeting rooms and breakout areas.

The DLA interiors technical team produced fully detailed design scheme drawings and specifications for the interior fit-out, including coordination of the scheme on site.

An added benefit was that the team were able to work closely with DLA’s architecture team to gain a detailed understanding of the building.
