DLA were appointed by the main contractor Atlas Refurbishment Limited to provide working drawing packages for the refurbishment of the existing mall areas including the replacement of external paving materials and the creation of new focal seating areas including wayfinding signage, landscaping, new street furniture and lighting features.
The works also include the complete refurbishment of the mall ceilings introducing new light wells, ceiling coffers and down lighting. The works were completed in October 2014.
Since the successful completion of the works, DLA are now working with Atlas on the internal mall refurbishment of the McArthur Glen Designer Outlet in York which commenced on site January 2016.
