DLA Architecture were appointed as delivery architects for the Clapham One scheme in London on behalf of United House, who were selected as Contractor by the developer U+I, to take forward initial design work by Studio Egret West.
The scheme was completed in early 2012 and consists of a library, Primary Care Trust, Family Doctors Practice and 136 apartments. Transforming the High Street and helping Clapham gain profile and significance in a wider area of London.
