Cuerden strategic site near Preston, Lancashire is a scheme comprising of retail, mixed-use, offices, warehousing, distribution and residential and was submitted as a hybrid application.

The retail scheme anchored by IKEA was submitted in detail and will be brought forward as the initial enabling phase funding the installation of the strategic infrastructure required to open up the further development of the site. DLA’s Architecture and Landscape & Urban Design teams have been involved with both the masterplanning of the site and the detailed design of the shopping park.
