In 2018 Wm Morrisons Supermarkets leased an existing warehouse with ancillary offices to satisfy their storage demands for the south of England. As part of the agreement for lease certain works under licence could be undertaken, these works included introduction of staff canteen and welfare facilities, adaptation of the Admin area, Goods In and Goods Out canopies, introduction of specialist racking and sprinkler designs, internal protection and internal health & safety walkways.
