We’ve designed a number of purpose-built student accommodation schemes in recent years.

Dunning Road, Middlesbrough is a great example, introducing new levels of service, safety, and comfort to the sector. The development comprises 600 study bedrooms in clusters, adding a communal dimension to the privacy of a single room.
On the ground floor, the student experience is maximised with a shared lounge area, state-of-the-art gym, laundry faciltiies and computer room. It also includes secure cycle and refuse stores.

The site is located close to the Middlesbrough Institute of Modern Art, the central library and the magistrates court – providing a vital link to the town centre to the north with the University of Teesside to the south. The scheme is now to be further developed following initial discussions with Middlesbrough Council’s planning department.
