DLA Architecture were commissioned by Tritax Symmetry to prepare a bespoke warehouse unit on the Goole 36 industrial park, just off junction 36 of the M62 in Goole.

The full development consists of over 350,000sf of warehouse space including ancillary offices and a head office / training facility.

Specifically designed to meet the tenants internal layout requirements, the initial phase was constructed to provide 210,000sf of warehouse space which can be simply extended in two further phases to meet potential future business growth.
