DLA Architecture were instructed to provide the architectural, landscape architecture and design input in support of a Hybrid Planning Application on behalf of FI Real Estate Management.

The site layout has developed appropriate access and egress arrangements required for any modern industrial development.

The scale and mass of the buildings has generally been considered in relation to the immediate context of the existing buildings within the site boundary and the scale of the buildings being replaced.

The scheme has been submitted for planning.
