As part of a City Centre mixed use development offering bars, restaurants and a night club, DLA acted on this important site from inception of the developer shell through to the fit out of the Express by Holiday Inn Hotel.

The scheme was situated over the medieval city walls; extensive archaeology was undertaken, resulting in the provision of an interpretation centre.
