This 600,000 sq ft mixed-use project is situated in the heart of Salford Quays beside The Lowry, (designated the nation’s landmark project for the Arts’) and the Imperial War Museum North.

The extensive complex incorporates a multiplex cinema, 80 unit Designer Outlet Mall, waterfront and plaza cafe bars and restaurants and a striking 13 storey luxury residential apartment block.

The quality of design was essential to the success of this project, which played an integral role in the renaissance of the Salford Quays area.
