DLA were appointed to develop the site masterplan in line with the UDP proposal plan which identified substantial landscape buffers to provide distance and screening to neighbouring residential areas and the masterplans also include a proposed 9.05 acre (3.66 Ha.) residential site to further reduce potential impact and respond to the existing topography/ landform.

As part of the masterplan development, DLA sucessfully delivered a 22,000sf unit for MACS Trucks. The unit was purpose designed to facilitate the construction of new trucks.
