This 9.9 Ha (24.4 acre) application site is located to the south of St Helens, approximately halfway between the town centre and the M62 motorway.
The development is designed to accommodate a mix of B1, B2, B8 and C3 use classes, thereby maximising the development’s regional profile and the generation of employment and housing.
Each individual plot includes a gated HGV service yard accommodating a 25m diameter turning circle and recycling refuse and cycle storage, car parking provision based on UDP parking standards.
