River Plaza is a 21 storey, 180 unit new-build residential development which forms part of the wider regeneration of Ordsall Riverside in Salford.

The design creates an architectural landmark on the western bank of the River Irwell while also providing a true sense of place, through high quality, contemporary design.

Ordsall Riverside, historically industrial in nature, is currently being redeveloped as a residential area and the scale and massing of the scheme have been developed to relate directly to existing and proposed developments in the area, both in Salford and across the river in Manchester.

Responding to its context, the landscape design creates meaningful amenity spaces with improved access to the riverside walk from Derwent Street and the wider Ordsall area.

Internal amenity spaces include: a gym, cinema room, private dining room with terrace on the eleventh floor and other community spaces.
