OE Electrics, head office, research, development and advanced manufacturing facility has been designed to showcase the company’s innovative range of power solutions for the education, healthcare, leisure and office sectors.

OE have seen incredible growth in their sector over recent years and it was therefore important that the design should be future proof to cater for further internal expansion. Mezzanine floor space above offices and workshops has been created for this purpose.

The deep open plan office areas are natural ventilated via windows and ventilation flues. The entire electrical system throughout the building utilises Wieland Electric pluggable installation technologies, this “plug & play” principle provides pre-assembled and tested components simply fitted together on site for a safe and error-free installation with future flexibility for alteration and expansion.
