DLA on behalf of Lateral Property Group, have developed proposals to refurbish Harrogate House on Parliament Street, Harrogate.

The scheme sees Harrogate House transformed from the current five retail units and two office floors into four restaurant units and one office floor, consolidating Parliament Street as one of the prime restaurant and leisure pitches in the North of England.

Harrogate House lies within a conservation area and as a result the proposals were designed with great consideration to the architectural quality of the surrounding buildings.
