A bespoke distribution warehouse and offices for JD Sports Fashion plc totalling some 865,000 sqft including internal mezzanine floors fitted out by the end user.

Work on site is to commence early 2017 on a 20m internal height 350,000 sqft extension to the warehouse with additional office space.
