Refurbishment of an existing retail park including the division of the existing vacant units to provide new tenant opportunities. The existing tenant line up has been expanded & now includes M&S Food, Boots, Laura Ashley, Starbucks, JJB Sport incorporating their dry gym concept & Homesense the home wares arm of TK Maxx. Additional car parking & improved access & egress arrangements have been provided as well as new paving & street furniture to the pedestrian walkways.
