DLA Architecture aim to deliver a new well-designed, sustainable urban extension to Sleaford. This will complement the existing character of the surrounding area and be well connected to Sleaford town centre to the East.

With an emphasis on sustainable family living, the scheme is set within a well-planned green infrastructure network and will encourage pedestrian and cycle movement and healthy lifestyles. The scheme proposes a range of high quality dwellings, including affordable housing. It is hoped that this will widen the choice of homes in Sleaford, alongside the provision of employment, education and healthcare development opportunities to support the local area.

The development is planned as a safe, healthy, accessible and attractive location for residents, including the mobility impaired. The layout ensures connectivity to local transport infrastructure and facilities to reduce the need to travel by car. Social cohesion and reduction in crime will be instigated through careful site planning and the delivery of a high quality public realm. This will ensure that the development makes appropriate provision for the doorstep recreational needs of all ages.
