St. Andrew’s House is a comprehensive refurbishment of an existing building to provide 58,000 sq ft of Grade A office space in an area of prestigious new office developments, near Fleet Street in the City of London.
DLA created a flexible office space behind a new façade, upgraded the building to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’ as well as enhanced the look & feel to meet the high commercial standards required to attract new tenants. The project delivered will produce a long-term return on the client’s investment.
