Stonebow House is a residential development in the heart of York. The original building was built in the 1960’s and DLA’s architecture team completed the refurbishment of residential and retail units in 2018.
DLA’s graphic’s team were asked to design marketing materials for the development.
Working closely with Oakgate Group plc, Hunters and Carter Jonas, DLA developed a brand and style for the marketing that was inspired by the original signage from the 1960’s. Designing and producing 3D visuals and a website which provides information about the scheme and latest news.
The website allows potential buyers to tour different style apartments and visualize the interior finishes. The website was built into a content management system allowing the client to update information when required.
