In 2018 DLA were selected as ‘best-in-class’ to undertake this major CAT-A office refurbishment for Astrea Asset Management. The works involved a bold contemporary “refined industrial” style that combined a number of simple material textures to create a look more akin to Shoreditch then the west end of London. Planning was carefully negotiated with the conservation area to provide an enhanced entrance, small roof extension and external terrace with build-in planter and bespoke seating.

The finished scheme will set a new benchmark design and rental level for the regeneration mew street just off Berkeley Square.

The scheme is due to complete in August 2020 with a single let tenant lined up to take the space in September.

DLA look forward to bring forward a number of further commissions on the street for Astrea in the coming months.
