DLA are delighted to once again be re-appointed to the University of Leeds Architectural Services Framework, for projects over £2 million in value. This appointment follows a series of successfully completed projects over the last three frameworks spanning over 12 years, which DLA are extremely proud to be involved with.
As one of three architectural practices on the Framework, this opens up yet more fantastic opportunities to help shape the University’s development plans and contribute to the continued success of University. Our most recent project currently under construction is the prestigious Esther Simpson Building, a new £22m Teaching Centre for the Leeds University Business School (LUBS) and School of Law, delivering state of the art collaborative teaching spaces and lecture theatres, behavioural laboratories, trading rooms and a cafe which along with extensive landscape and urban realm improvements is due to be completed in Autumn 2021.
