The #FoodCity #boroughtalk included a range of thought provoking panellists: Carolyn Steel – architect, lecturer & writer; Kate Hofman – CEO & founder of GrowUp Urban Farms; Joanna Lewis – Strategy & Policy Director for oil Association Food for Life; and Donald Hyslop – Chair of Borough Market & Head of Regeneration and Community Partnerships at TATE; with Tim Lang Professor of Food Policy at City University guiding a very engaging discussion for #LFA2018.
