About:

Ben has substantial experience of working collaboratively with Clients, Consultants and Contractors in the successful design and delivery of commercially aware projects. Jointly leading our industrial sector and specialist industrial team, Ben assists Developers and Occupiers in developing a commercially viable brief for both speculative and bespoke logistics, distribution, manufacturing and large scale masterplanned projects. Applying his eighteen years of cross sector, concept to completion experience, Ben takes care to embed a practical and pragmatic approach to diligently delivering these projects without compromising time, budget or quality aspirations.

Away from projects, Ben is an integral part of the team responsible for studio management including recruitment, resourcing, auditing and training. Ben ensures that projects across the business are managed and resourced correctly to maintain DLA Architecture’s reputation for high quality design, delivery and technical integrity.
