Favourite Design / Building:
Landschaftspark Duisburg-Nord A park located in Duisburg-Meiderich in Germany which was designed by Latz + Partner in 1991. The design comprises of a 180-hectare post-industrial steelworks site which has been designed with the intention to preserve its industrial past, rather than trying to reject it. It’s a great example of how post-industrial landscape architecture can have such a positive effect on the surrounding community, as well as the landscape itself.
