Hyatt Hotel, Leeds – Site Progress

Here are a few on site progress photos from our Hyatt Hotel scheme in Leeds with a particular focus on this visit to the expressive brickwork facade details.

Situated next to the city’s railway station, the 305-bedroom hotel is a joint venture between Marrico Asset Management and Helios Real Estate for UK Commercial Property REIT (UKCM). GMI Construction Group PLC and their specialist subcontractors continue to make good progress since starting on site in July 2022.

The hotel is the final piece of the Sovereign SQ development set in the green parkscape & next to the flowing waters of the rill. The hotel features short and long stay rooms, gym, meeting facilities, restaurant, bar and café areas within a double height colonnade space, along with a roof top bar to take in views of the city.
