Our studios in Leeds, London and Manchester operate as one practice with a shared culture of openness, collaboration and support. Each studio has its own character, shaped by the people who work there, but our values are consistent.

We work in an environment where ideas move easily between teams and locations. Our multidisciplinary teams work closely together, early-career staff learn directly from experienced colleagues and project teams come together dependant on the strengths needed for each commission. Our Employee-Owned structure reinforces this culture, at DLA everyone has a voice, and everyone takes pride in the work we produce.

We value a studio atmosphere that is friendly, practical and focused on doing things well. It’s a place where people feel comfortable asking questions, testing ideas and challenging assumptions, which ultimately leads to better design and stronger outcomes for our clients.
