Hyatt Completes Sovereign Sq Regeneration.
The £62.7 million Hyatt Leeds, a landmark 14-storey, 305-room hotel in the city centre opened on 10th March. Operating under Hyatt Place and Hyatt House, this scheme offers both short- and long-stay accommodation. The design thoughtfully integrates Leeds’ architectural heritage, featuring a colonnade inspired by the city’s historic arches and a striking owl mural symbolising local identity. Hyatt House introduces 88 extended-stay suites with fully equipped kitchens, catering to business travellers and long-term guests.
