Tom is a Director based in our Leeds studio, with 20 years’ experience designing and delivering residential-led regeneration schemes alongside commercial and workplace projects.  With a particular focus on large-scale, mixed-use urban environments, Tom has led projects from early concept, contributing to a number of high-profile developments that shape the skylines of Leeds, Manchester and London.  His work is underpinned by a strong interest in place identity and the impact of architectural intervention within existing communities.

Tom has extensive experience in navigating complex planning scenarios and works closely with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to manage risk, raise aspirations, and deliver exemplary, design-led regeneration.
