Ayaz Shah

Ayaz is a registered ARB Architect with 5+ years’ experience designing, developing, and delivering projects across the commercial and domestic sectors.

Prior to joining DLA in February 2026, Ayaz worked on several commercial retrofit projects in Central London across all RIBA work stages. He is a keen collaborator who aims to deliver well resolved projects through successful coordination and communication with clients, suppliers, contractors, design teams, and regulatory bodies.

At DLA, Ayaz is focusing on projects across the commercial and residential sector. Currently, he is working on Mimosa House (Stage 3 & 4), which is a redevelopment of an existing commercial/retail building.

Outside of work, Ayaz is a keen urban sketcher, architectural photographer, reader, and predominantly focuses on running social value initiatives as the President of a Youth Foundation based in North-West London.
