Eleanor is a Part II Architectural Assistant in our London Studio. She completed her Part I studies at The Welsh School of Architecture, where she won the prestigious RIBA RSAW Award in 2022 for her final-year design project. She went on to complete her Master’s degree at The Bartlett School of Architecture in 2025, where she wrote her thesis, ‘Ultra-Processed Buildings’. The project drew an innovative analogy between architecture and ‘ultra-processed foods’. Through interviews with sustainability experts, dietitians and a lecturer from Le Cordon Bleu, Eleanor developed tools aimed at reducing ‘processing’ in the construction industry to minimise waste and carbon emissions.
Prior to joining DLA, Eleanor worked on large-scale residential, higher education, public amenity and cultural projects in London, Taiwan, Canada and Saudi Arabia.
