Erika Mikulionyte

Architect

Erika studied at the Manchester School of Architecture and began her career at DLA in 2019 as a Part 2 architectural assistant, returning in 2023.

Erika’s experience lies in workplace retrofit and fit-out, particularly dealing with complex buildings in historic contexts, such as office cut and carve projects in the West End.

A Construction Life Cycle Assessment Specialist and an ActiveScore Accredited Professional Erika’s skill set encompasses Revit, BIM, and project running, handling projects from concept to completion.

As a Net Zero champion, Erika promotes sustainable design principles from the project’s outset, with a core focus on user experience and wellness. Outside of project work, she advocates for equality and inclusion within the profession and mentors at Women in Architecture. Being actively involved in female property industry networks such as Mentoring Circle, Hop Hop, and Women in Architecture, she is a member of BCO NextGen.

Outside of work Erika co-founded and runs an organisation in Lithuania that promotes women’s health and sex education. Utilising her design skills, she created the brand identity and manages the organisation, reflecting her passion for inclusion and equality beyond the construction industry.
