External works formed a major part of the scheme, incorporating a new Section 38 adoptable access road, dedicated car parking, HGV access points, vehicle stacking areas, service yard, circulation routes, HGV parking, vehicle wash and fuelling island. Security fencing, landscaping, and retaining walls complete the robust and functional external environment.

The 75,000 sq ft cross-docked transshipment hall is supported by ground and first-floor offices, core facilities, and an external loading canopy, enabling fast-paced logistics operations.

Office accommodation was delivered to a full CAT B turnkey standard, aligning with the client’s corporate identity through carefully selected materials, finishes, and branding. Working alongside Wilson Bowden and Winvic Construction, DLA took the scheme from outline masterplan approval through to completion.
