Strengthening Our Industrial & Logistics Team As We Continue To Expand Nationally.
We welcome Matthew Hall as Associate Director strengthening our growing Industrial & Logistics team.
Matthew joins us with more than 12 years’ experience delivering industrial and logistics projects from concept to completion. During his career, Matthew has worked on a diverse range of I&L developments, including the 2 million sq ft Doncaster North masterplan, alongside recent projects for Wilton Developments, Glentrool Ltd, Keyland Developments and Frank Marshall Estates.
His appointment comes as we continue to expand our national I&L portfolio. Our specialist Industrial & Logistics team has grown to 20 people and is currently delivering more than 5 million sq ft of projects across the UK, with over £350 million of developments on site.
The I&L team has completed more than 500 industrial and logistics projects, working with some of the UK’s leading occupiers and developers, including Arla, Morrisons and Unilever.
Matthew will play a key role in delivering a number of major schemes, including the continuing our 20-year relationship with Wilson Bowden on the Kingsway Masterplan in Rochdale. The development is already home to occupiers including Asda, JD Sports, Amazon, Danish Crown, E.ON and Dachser, with the Sustainable Materials and Manufacturing Centre (SMMC) now nearing completion on site. The SMMC with Glencar represents the first phase of the wider Atom Valley programme, helping to bring Andy Burnham’s ambition to create a world-class cluster for advanced materials and manufacturing to life.
Matthew Hall, Associate Director I&L said: “I am delighted to be joining DLA Architecture.
