Job description
Due to an increase in workload within the business, we are seeking a qualified Landscape Architect to play a key role in expanding the current Landscape Team. The successful applicant will support the design and delivery of our projects across multiple sectors. Primarily reporting to the Principal Landscape Architect and Team Director.
Hybrid working plan offered – 3 days in office & 2 days from home. |
Tasks & Responsibilities
You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including our in-house disciplines and high-profile designers, as well as our sector leading external partners.
Your role will encompass supporting senior members in addition to taking the lead in the design and delivery of your own projects. Essential skills will include; attending client meetings, providing verbal presentations, preparing illustrative material and reports, concept design, developing technical solutions and construction drawings, specification writing utilising NBS Chorus, site inspections and reporting. Experience of LVIA would be beneficial. |
The Candidate
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Degree/Diploma in Landscape Architecture or closely related subject.
- Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute.
- Demonstrable working knowledge of Revit software (additional in-house training will be provided).
SOFTWARE
- Essential / AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Desirable / Keyscape, Revit, Enscape.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years in practice experience.
- Education sector / Horticultural knowledge – Desirable.
