Mid Level Architect

At least 2 – 5 years post qualification experience, ideally with education sector experience but not essential.

The appointed individual will be experienced in both design and delivery, who can think strategically and has the ambition to evolve and develop themselves professionally within the foreseeable future.

• Have experience of working on projects with a value of £5million +
• Managing projects by providing design and technical support.
• Liaising with key clients and be capable of discussing design/technical solutions to stakeholders including technical and non-technical clients.
• Successful delivery of projects to a high level of quality and client satisfaction.
• Excellent Revit and IT presentation skills.
• Familiarity with delivering projects to principles of BIM Level 2 PAS 1192, BS EN ISO 19650-1.
• Excellent design and technical skills gained on a range of projects.
• Highly articulate and able to communicate to clients and colleagues on all levels.
• Demonstrate the ability to be able to work with your own initiative.
• Have an organised and efficient approach.
