21-25 Bruton Place Completed.
Located just off Berkeley Square in London, this new 15,000 sqft office building leverages a deep retrofit and façade retention to create unique interior spaces. This is the third of four projects we have completed for Berkeley Estates Asset Management (BEAM) creating a family of refined industrial workspaces as part of our collaborative vision to reshape Bruton Place.
The transformation features a retained façade with a one-storey mass timber rooftop extension that spans the three mews buildings. The floors are linked by a stunning origami-like folded timber staircase. Each floor develops this aesthetic, balancing raw materials, structure and craftsmanship, to create something special.
Throughout March, we hosted a series of tours paired with networking breakfasts and after-work drinks.
