Alejandro Carrajo Garcia

Alejandro joined DLA in 2016. As an Associate architect with more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry both UK and internationally, Alejandro has led several mixed-use schemes from inception to completion. He has strong experience of working on mixed use residential designs on complex urban sites, which often requires an alternative approach to unlock their full potential, resulting in schemes which are not only beautiful and contextual, but also commercially viable.

Working at the heart of transformative residential community projects at DLA, Alejandro looks to ensure that the architecture acts as a catalyst, contributing to local welfare by providing affordable homes and social living, enhancing public realm amenities and championing sustainability and circular economy principles.

Outside of work he enjoys films, fiction literature and visiting exceptional buildings on weekends.
