Karen Reynolds

Karen started way back in 1982 as a Junior Shorthand Typist working her way through the ranks to her current role as HR and Payroll Manager (leaving and returning twice 😊). She is a qualified Workplace Mediator and a Member of the CIPP and CIPD and a Mental Health First Aider.

HR encompasses all kinds of employee relations and Karen has helped link her expertise to situations in recent years from a Consultation process, moving the office from its (then) Wakefield Head Office to (now) Leeds – to nurturing a group of Mental Health First Aiders across all three offices.

As HR manager Karen is responsible for payroll, onboarding, Investors in People, recruitment, training and everything else in between.

A recently acquired pup keeps her daily steps accruing and she also can be seen as a regular at York Racecourse during the summer season.
