Lana Ismail

Lana is a RIBA Chartered Architect with over 10 years of architectural experience delivering a number of student accommodation schemes. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Lana was recently elected Vice President of the Leeds Society of Architects following the latest RIBA elections and will hold the role for the next two years. She was a judge for the RIBA Yorkshire Student Awards 2025, reviewing submissions from universities across the region as part of a panel organised by Leeds Beckett University. She was also involved in the Stage 1 judging process for the Leeds Architecture Awards 2025 and actively attends networking events within the built environment.

Outside of her professional role, Lana enjoys running with the Leeds Construction Running Club and Pilates, baking, and spending time with her young daughter.
