Kyle Crossley

Positioned at the intersection of design, technology, and strategic development, Kyle drives forward our approach to visual quality, creative workflows and the adoption of AI across the practice.

Kyle plays a leading role in exploring, testing, and implementing new technologies that enhance how we design, communicate, and deliver our projects. Working closely with studio leads and project teams, he supports the development of best-in-class processes across visualisation, BIM, and wider design workflows—helping to improve efficiency, consistency, and overall output quality.

In addition to supporting project teams, Kyle acts as an internal consultant and ambassador for creative technology. He provides guidance, training, and resources to colleagues across all studios, while also working alongside the wider leadership team to help shape short-, medium-, and long-term strategies aligned with our growth and modernisation objectives.

In addition to his day-to-day Kyle enjoys utilising rendering engines, Coding, and is involved with the Leeds Society of Architects. Outside of work he enjoys gaming, travelling, creating and selling digital art work, exploring the blend between technology and creativity.
