About:

John is a Chartered Architectural Technologist with experience of On-Site Job Running, Co-ordination of Drawing Packages, Detailing and Project Management.

He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists and Chartered Institute of Building. John performs the role of Project Technical Team Lead for DLA, running projects from Inception to Completion on site. During his time with the practice worked on a range of projects including :-

Queens Court (Residential), Cortonwood Retail Park, Phoenix Park (B1 – Offices), South Yorkshire Police, Building One (Forensic Science Labs & Offices) Building Two (Professional Standards Centre), Sittingbourne “G” Park (Distribution Centre), Arla Foods Aylesbury (Dairy Processing & Bottle Manufacturing), Wellington Connect Business Village (B1 Offices & Central Managed Offices), Wellington Connect Industrial Park (Warehousing and Industrial), JRI Sheffield (Replacement Joint / Medical Production Facility), Hessle High School, (School, Sports Centre and Sixth Form College). Unilever A.M.C. (Advance Manufacturing Facility incl. Research and Development).

Off road cycling, continue to play squash but slower nowadays. Burj Al Arab Hotel, Dubai (refer to attached image) Very expensive facility but you don’t have to enter the building to appreciate it. Appears yacht-like as it sits offshore on its own small island.
