Karly Wilson-Ros

Karly is an Architect, based in the London Office, bringing a wealth of project and team leadership experience from across the UK and internationally. She has contributed to a diverse portfolio of work, including the delivery of a £180m mixed-use development comprising high-end residential, cinema and retail, a BREEAM Outstanding £60m commercial refurbishment and extension, multi-media exhibition buildings, homeless shelters, and several large hotel schemes in London.

Karly has a particular passion for working with existing buildings, where she enjoys unlocking the potential of complex structures and navigating the challenges of adaptation and compliance. She also has a growing specialism in passive fire design, reflecting her interest in delivering safe, robust and considered architecture.

With a background as a Brand Design Manager, Karly brings a highly organised and strategic approach to her work, combining strong contract and project management skills with a keen eye for detail. She is a collaborative team member, focused on delivering thoughtful, well-resolved solutions across all stages of a project.

Outside of practice, Karly has undertaken two significant home renovations, giving her a hands-on appreciation of the realities of construction. She enjoys spending time outdoors and has a real passion for animals, particularly her pint-sized parrot Cody.
