Confectionary Perfection
Central to the PTC’s operations is the Pilot Plant, a scaled-down manufacturing facility that facilitates the testing and refinement of manufacturing processes, equipment and new or reformulated products. Additionally, the development laboratory and confectionery kitchen serve as spaces for creating and evaluating new product concepts, ensuring they meet the high standards of Nestlé’s consumers through rigorous sensory evaluations conducted by trained panels.
